A continuation of providing accessible public housing throughout the City, a prototypical single family residence accessible per UFAS (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards) and ADAAG (2010 ADA) requirements. Designed according to Universal Design Standards, the interiors are open, spacious, and bright for maximum flexibility. Features include 50% accessible kitchen shelving, work surfaces, appliances and electrical outlets. Generous bathrooms include grab bars, shower seats, accessible controls and fixtures.

Phase 1 and 2 consisted of 14 units; 3BR and 4BR.  Phase 3 will explore the typology of duplex with in the same vocabulary.
