Safe Haven II

Safe Haven II is a housing unit developed and managed by CHA for adults with mental illness who are capable of independent living. Community Housing Associates, Inc., (CHA) is a 501(c)(3) housing development and management subsidiary of Baltimore Mental Health Systems (BMHS). This renovation included accommodation for 20 beds, administrative offices, laundry facilities, communal kitchen and dining area. Interior upgrades included new finishes, additional bathrooms, and ADA compliance while the exterior upgrades included window replacement, painting, new roofing and siding, landscaping, and ADA compliance.
