Coffee Coffee/Roly Poly
Munsey Building, Baltimore, MD
This tenant improvement incorporated two
separate clients into one 2,000 sf space located on the first floor
of the historic Munsey Building in downtown Baltimore. Coffee Coffee,
a coffee and pastry shop and Roly Poly, a rolled sandwich shop utilize
common seating and utility areas, while maintaining their own counter
identity. The design focuses about a central concrete counter and
wood ceiling screen as the service area allowing the historic character
of the space untouched along the exterior marble walls and oversized
windows.
