This modified rehab of 168 units in 14 buildings was comprised of 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units, leasing office, and laundry facilities . Interior upgrades included new kitchens and baths and finishes, while the exterior upgrades included new siding, entry canopies, and landscaping. The project was financed through a CDA tax-exempt bond insured by FHA.
