This 41,000 SF owner occupied renovation of an alcohol treatment and recovery facility will be constructed in four phases over one year.  Originally a nursing home, the facility has been upgraded to meet the programmatic needs of four programs; Women with Children, Women Long Term, Detox/Intermediate, and Co-Occurring Disorders with range of stays from 7 days to 6 months on four separate wings.

The 156 bed facility is centered on an upgraded reception/intake area and includes the removal of individual bathrooms, problematic to management and creating communal bathrooms on each of the wings.  In addition, each wing incorporates clinical staff, group rooms and resident rooms.  The design includes a new energy efficient HVAC system, roof, insulation and windows.
