Anderson Residence
Minneapolis, MN

This modest two-story residence located in Minneapolis, MN was designed within the context of a stucco/tudor neighborhood. The compact design incorporated use of stock components and conventional framing methods to minimize costs. The project was nominated for a Committee on Urban Environment Award by the Neighborhood Association in recognition of its sensitivity to an extablised, mature, residential setting. This project was completed while Kathleen Lechleiter was principal with Xerxes Architects, Inc.
