Part of the Westside Superblock occupied
by the American National building, this development will include
both rehab and new construction, with preservation of significant
structures along Lexington Street and construction of a new 300
SP parking garage with 150 market rate housing units above on Clay
Street. The design maintains a masonry street facade with oversized
painted screens concealing the parking structure while the "U"
configuration takes advantage of southern exposure, views downtown,
and a green roof atop the parking deck.
